Possum Sync, "the App” provides "Multi-Channel inventory management" to merchants. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your various e-commerce marketplace platforms.

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your marketplace accounts (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Amazon Sg): Your marketplace information such as orders made and inventory information. This will aid us in getting the relevant information to help synchronize your inventory and orders across the various marketplace platforms. The information we are able to obtain from each ecommerce platform is subject to the various privacy and security policies that they require which we have carefully taken the steps to follow..

Additionally, we do not collect your personal information from you and/or your customers from the various marketplaces once you have installed the App via the use of Cookies or log files, except for your actions directly on PossumSync to assist in debugging and improving our services in the occurrence of errors.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information? We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order and inventory Information for our records indefinitely unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
